Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Humber International Lottery Services Limited (HUMBER LOTTERY)("the Company") or submitted by you via the Mobilotto Games (Mobilotto) website at www.mobilottogames.com and on Mobilotto mobile application download (together referred to as the "Site"), and/or Mobilotto Customer Care Team. The Company reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made to this Privacy Policy you will be notified via a link to the Privacy Policy on the homepage of the Site. By using the Site, and/or the Mobile Application, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the terms of this Privacy Policy and you consent to the use of your personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy.
Your Information
The Company may collect and use your personal information in order to register you as an online direct debit player and/or player of lottery games, to administer any direct debit and/or on-line account you have with the Company (including, if you have provided the Company with debit/credit card details, checking that you are entitled to use that debit/credit card and that you have sufficient funds to play the lottery games), to provide lottery services and games via the Site, and/or via mobile devices/phone, SMS, USSD message, to enter you into Mobilotto Lottery games, to contact you by SMS, email or telephone should you be a winner, to ask you to confirm/amend the information we hold on you, to provide you with a user name and, in certain circumstances, an authentication code, to ask your views on the service offered by the Company and to enhance market research and promote the Company's services and games. The Company may also use your personal information to personalize marketing or other notifications to you. In providing your personal data, you consent to being contacted by the Company (by post, SMS, e-mail or telephone) in relation to all matters and to the Company processing your personal information for the above purposes.
The information collected about you by the Company may include: your name, user name and password, bank account details, answers to security questions, debit/credit card details, your address, driving license information, email address, telephone number, date of birth together with details about your playing habits and transaction and game history relating to playing of lottery games. Please note that not all of this information is mandatory.
The Company will obtain most of your personal information during the registration process and/or when an online direct debit is set up for you but will also collect your personal information each time you use the Site and each time you undertake a transaction or play games on the Site, and/or via mobile devices / phone for the purposes specified in the second paragraph above. In addition, the Company may collect dynamic or static internet protocol addresses when sending HTML e-mails to you or when you visit the Site.

Company
The Company is regulated by the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC) who may require the Company to transfer your personal information to them for use by the NLRC or any other person in connection with the operation of the National Lottery or any constituent lottery or any lottery ancillary activity as defined in the license granted to the Company by NLRC or to comply with any legal obligation.
Personal Data
The Company will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to comply with the permitted purposes and to comply with our legal and regulatory requirements. In the event that you close any account, or terminate (or the Company terminates) any direct debit/credit you have with the Company, your personal information may be archived but may also still be accessible.
Security
The Company will take steps (including having the Site independently tested and audited) to ensure that your personal information is not disclosed accidentally or processed for any other purpose than those described in this Privacy Policy. In addition, the Company has put in place encryption controls to seek to ensure that the processing by the Company of your personal information is secure so as to prevent unauthorized access.
